Two years after arriving in Germany, Pastors Dieter and Lauraine Popp, through a surprising and wonderful provision of God, planted the first Christian Outreach Centre in Germany. The church grows steadily and is still pastored by Dieter and Lauraine.

COC Weilheim is the national base and has hosted German Conferences, European Pastors' Conferences, European Youth Conferences and Pastors' training.
